Membership of MEG is not restricted to ethnographers but is open to a variety of professionals involved in museum work. All those actively involved in the presentation of ethnographic information and collections-based research are eligible: directors, curators from other disciplines, conservators, registrars, technicians, administrators, academics and students. Those with commercial interests are, however, excluded.

   * All the benefits of standard membership for individuals earning less that £12,000.

   * For UK Institutions – entitles one member of staff to attend MEG events, as well as receiving the Journal and MEG newsletter.
